Kingswood demolished and rebuilt every floor of this 5 storey building and replaced the roof without changing the façade of the historic, 19th century property. After extensive refurbishment, the modern interior provides all the luxuries of 21st century life. The improvements were not only kept to within the building, an extension was added to the back of the house, the garden was landscaped and a new garage was built, below which, an entire floor was created with five additional rooms.
