This 6 storey building in Mayfair was refurbished by Kingswood to create quality office space. The chimney breasts were removed from the third and fifth floor to maximise space and open out the offices, and solid oak flooring was put in, as well as specialised lighting. The plasterwork on the ceilings and walls was repaired, and the front of the building was cleaned and refurbished to include a disabled entrance.
