Fit-out of a shell building to exacting medical standards for the purpose of intensive nursing teaching of ward and theatre procedures. The space included 10 bed wards, treatment areas, lecture theatres, refectories, an internet café, communications rooms and administrative offices. Tight deadlines were achieved to accommodate a full influx of students at the start of the academic year.
