After sales service is a critical element in our commitment to provide the highest possible standards of service for all projects we undertake.

Reporting directly to the Kingswood Board, our After Sales Division provides a direct point of contact for clients following practical completion on every contract.

We have established a process whereby our After Sales Manager becomes fully informed of the details of the project by attending the final progress and hand over meetings as well as maintaining close contact with the project team during the defects liability period.

After Sales take ownership of any problems, defects or queries and strive to resolve these as quickly as possible.
